Monitoring & Rebooting

When you are too busy working on your web site or developing your applications, you hardly ever have time to check what’s happening with your server – if it’s under stress or if all the services are running properly. With our Admin Services deal, we will take care of that on your behalf. Your virtual server will be added to the custom–built server monitoring software system and anytime there is a trace of a trouble, our skilled technical support engineers will be notified straight away.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of all your hosted content is really important – you never know when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Admin Services package, you can enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you having to set up or configure anything. Furthermore all the backup copies are always saved on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. In other words, your hosted content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have absolute freedom to run any script or service on your server. Yet, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and may require some extra configuration from you. That is where our Admin Services package will come in real handy. It includes 30 minutes of installation & trouble–shooting procedures – which means you will be able to literally employ one of our knowledgeable server administrators for 30 min and have him help you with the installation process of any app whatsoever that you want. Or have him take care of a problem that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Admin Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and it is an optional feature for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
